Document Preparation Services

In addition to Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths services, I also assist clients with preparing certain types of documents. While I do not provide legal advice, I can help by writing up documents based on your instructions.

What I Can Help With:

I regularly assist clients in preparing documents such as:

  • Passport documents and related forms
  • Simple forms that need to be filled out
  • Affidavits written according to the client's instructions
  • Statutory Declarations
  • Standard Power of Attorney Agreements using the official provincial form
  •

These are documents that individuals are legally entitled to prepare on their own - I simply assist by putting your instructions into a written document.

    What I Do Not Provide

It is important to note that:

  • As a Notary Public, I am not licensed to give legal advice.
  • I do not prepare documents such as wills, contracts, or other legal agreements.
  • I do not advise on what you should include in your documents - my role is limited to preparing the document as instructed by you.
  •

If you need legal advice about what your document should say, or if something is "legal", or if you are preparing a will, contract, or other legal agreement, you should consult with a qualified lawyer as the Notary Public is not in any way qualified to provide such information.
